FinExpertiza Indonesia leads client to IPO
FinExpertiza Indonesia, known in the Indonesian Capital Market Society as a financial statement auditor, has led its client to IPO in Indonesia.
On November 8, 2023, PT Kian Santang Muliatama Tbk successfully listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The Company was founded in 2018, engaged in supporting services for the gas industry, including the provision of products (spare parts) to engineering, procurement and construction. Currently, the main focus is construction work, which includes the construction of oil and gas cargo processing and storage facilities, oil and gas installations, mechanical installations and electrical installations.
