Foreign companies may get an access to the Russian alternative of SWIFT, a bill has been presented to the State Duma. Negotiations are in their way through EEU and BRICS and the Duma MPs consider the most promising agreements to come from China, Iran and Turkey.
Mehmet Yolcu, FinExpertiza Turkey, Chairman of the Board, is willing to cooperate as he says to the Kommerstant.
